i found the rooms spacious and clean. the team's friendliness impressed me. the pools are visually appealing and offer good photo opportunities, which i liked.
I experienced some upselling of dinner. i noticed slow service at the pool. I waited quite a while without being helped. the hotel seems to have deals with local taxi drivers, because i was charged an excessive amount for a short ride.

a romantic dream come true
designed villa special place
I had the most tender getaway. the staff showed a warmth i had not experienced before. my villa was super clean and designed beautifully. I enjoyed the quietness a lot. everything felt thoughtfully curated, a special place i would love to revisit.
i had high expectations, however, the price felt high compared to other hotels. i missed the wow factor, as the building quality was worn in some areas. the slow service was quite frustrating.

the food was AMAZING!!! the restaurant offers an à la carte menu, with two dishes per person allowed. room service delivered excellent food, presented beautifully, when needed .

my jungle pool villa had views into the jungle. the villa featured a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable decor. there were two separate sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower for a luxurious experience.
